This policy explains what information Blend n Bites (“we”) collects through our online ordering site (bnbcafe.greenmeds.ai) and our staff point-of-sale app “Blend n Bites POS” (Android and web), why, and how it is protected. We do not sell personal data, we do not show ads, and we do not use advertising or tracking tools.

Favourites and preferences (such as “pure veg”) are kept only on your own device.
The POS app is for Blend n Bites staff only. It stores the cafe’s menu, tables, orders, bills (KOTs), stock and staff list. Staff sign in with the cafe’s account and a personal 4-digit PIN; PINs are stored only as one-way encrypted hashes. Bills record which staff member closed them. The app needs internet access to reach our database. It does not access contacts, location, camera, microphone or files on the phone.
Data is stored securely with our database provider Supabase and is sent only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Database rules allow only the cafe’s own devices to see orders and customer details; a customer can see only their own account and orders. We share data only with the services needed to run the cafe (Supabase for storage, Razorpay for online payments, Hostinger for the website) or when the law requires it.
Orders and bills are kept as long as needed for our accounts and the law (for example GST records). Customer accounts and saved addresses are kept until you delete them or ask us to.
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
