These terms apply when you order from Blend n Bites (“we”, “us”) through bnbcafe.greenmeds.ai or our Android app. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Blend n Bites is a café operated by GREEN MANDIDEALS PVT. LTD. at TATA Ariana, Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Contact: bnbcafe@mandideals.com, phone +91 93377 00148.

2. Orders

You can order for dine-in (by scanning the QR code on your table), takeaway, or delivery where we offer it.
Your first order creates an account with your mobile number and a password. Please give a correct name and mobile number so we can reach you about your order.
An order is confirmed only when we accept it. You can follow its status on the order page. We may decline an order, for example when an item is sold out or we cannot deliver to your address; we then tell you the reason.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Menu prices are for the dish; GST, any service charge and any delivery fee are added and shown at checkout before you order.
The final amount is calculated by our system when you order, including any coupon you apply. Coupons have their own conditions (minimum order, order types, validity), shown with the offer.
You can pay at the counter, by cash on delivery, or online. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.

6. Food information and allergies

Dish descriptions and pictures are a guide; actual dishes may look slightly different. Nutrition values are shown only where we have checked them, and are approximate. Our kitchen handles milk, gluten, nuts and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of them. Please tell our staff about any allergy before you order.

7. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. If you forget your password, contact us and we will reset it after checking your mobile number.

8. Liability

We are responsible for preparing your order with care. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (for example weather, traffic or network outages). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
