We sell freshly prepared food and drinks. We do not ship goods by courier; orders are delivered by us locally, picked up at the café, or served at your table.
We deliver within 2 km of our café at TATA Ariana, Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar. If we cannot deliver to your address, we decline the order and tell you, and any online payment is refunded in full.
The checkout shows the expected preparation time. Delivery usually takes 20–30 minutes after the food is ready. You can follow every step (accepted, preparing, out for delivery, delivered) on your order page. Times can be longer at busy hours or in bad weather.
Any delivery fee and minimum order amount are shown at checkout before you place the order. Delivery is available only while we are taking online orders.
Please give a complete address, a landmark and a mobile number we can reach. If we cannot reach you at the address, we will call you; food that cannot be delivered cannot be kept for long.
Takeaway orders are collected at our counter: show your order page. Dine-in orders placed by scanning your table’s QR code are served at your table.
