Refund and Cancellation Policy

We prepare food fresh for every order, so what you can cancel depends on how far your order has gone.

1. Cancelling an order

Order status	Can you cancel?
Waiting for payment, or waiting for the café to accept	Yes. Tap Cancel order on your order page. Nothing is charged, and any online payment is refunded in full.
Accepted, being prepared, ready, or out for delivery	Please call us on +91 93377 00148 at once. Because the food is already being made, we may not be able to cancel it.

2. When we cancel or decline

If we cannot take your order (for example a dish is sold out, we are closing, or we cannot deliver to your address), we decline it and show you the reason. If you had paid online, you receive a full refund.

3. Problems with your order

If something is missing, wrong or not right with your food, tell our staff at the counter, or call or email us the same day with your order number. We will check it with you and, where the problem is on our side, replace the item or refund it.

4. How refunds are paid

Online payments are refunded to the same account or card you paid with, through Razorpay. Refunds usually reach you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
Payments made at the counter or by cash on delivery are refunded in cash at the café, or as agreed with you.
Your order page shows “Refund in progress” and then “Refunded”.
